051: You’re Going to be Okay with Sherry Walling

There’s a lot of wisdom in this episode that I appreciated Sherry sharing with us. She was pretty adamant about being against multi-tasking which she really drove home when discussing how she schedules times with her children and ensures that she is focused on them which is so important. In addition, she discusses simply being present, fully present, when you are with people and giving them the time and attention that they deserve. In addition, her close circle of friends that she checks in with and shares her one high and one low of each day with. Finally, moving her body 5 days a week in yoga really helps her stay focused.
