There are many good takeaways in this interview, the two that stuck out the most to me though were Jemimah’s thought on always running towards the monster (18m 50s) and the importance of the people you surround yourself with (38m 22s).

During the interview, she mentions the following books:

Bossypants by Tina Fey

Big Magic by Elizabeth Gilbert

Lean In by Sheryl Sandberg

Crush It by Gary Vaynerchuk

The 5 Second Rule by Mel Robbins

Passion Planner

and a Ted Talk by Mel Robbins titled, How To Stop Screwing Yourself Over.

Those are my key takeaways. What are yours? Join us on Facebook or Twitter, share your thoughts and ideas. Thanks for listening and get out there and discover the best version of you!
