023: Happiness Found with Jennifer Nini

In this episode, I interview, Jennifer Nini.

Jennifer Nini is the editor-in-chief of sustainability platform Eco Warrior Princess and the founder of The Social Copywriter. In 2010, after studying Fashion Business, she began Eco Warrior Princess to explore her interests in fashion, politics, social justice and sustainability. Her digital agency The Social Copywriter harnesses the power of copywriting and content marketing to help mindful businesses reach more people. When she's not perfecting a sentence or coaching business clients, you will find her at her certified organic farm reconnecting with nature.

My Takeaways:

A lot of ground is covered in this episode. Jennifer discusses how the death of loved ones early in her life changed her outlook on life by living life to it’s fullest. This came up again when she discusses rather than do what you love, do what you care about. I thought that this was a new and great way to look at prioritizing your life. She also discusses a common pitfall that most of us have and that’s seeking happiness from external sources rather than from within. Finally, we touch on her 3 MIT (most important tasks), how she ensures those are the most impactful and her weekly reflection practice.

Those are my key takeaways. What are yours? Join us on Facebook or Twitter, share your thoughts and ideas. Thanks for listening and get out there and discover the best version of you!
