My Takeaways:

Stephanie shared with us what she called the rocking chair test. It’s actually something that I have done for a while now, however, I never had a name for it. It’s essentially where you look back at your life, when you are sitting on that rocking chair towards the later years of your life and you reflect at what made you happy and what you achieved. The one addition I add to this is I don’t want to have regrets, therefore based upon all of the information that I currently have, make the decision and if I learn more later not to have a regret as that’s new information that I did not have when I made the decision. Finally, the biggest takeaway is what I named the show, learn how to create boundaries as creating boundaries creates freedom.

Those are my key takeaways. What are yours? Join us on Facebook or Twitter, share your thoughts and ideas. Thanks for listening and get out there and discover the best version of you!
