044: Becoming a Self Advocate with Courtney Carver

In this episode, I interview, Courtney Carver.

Biography:

Courtney Carver changed her life by simplifying it after a devastating diagnosis in 2006. She’s the founder of bemorewithless.com and minimalist fashion challenge Project 333. Her new book Soulful Simplicity was published by Penguin Random House. Carver shows us the power of simplicity to improve our health, build more meaningful relationships, and relieve stress in our professional and personal lives.

My Takeaways:

Love. Self-believe. Walking the walk. Consistency over intensity. What else needs to be said? Courtney really gave us so much to walk away with and contemplate in this episode.

Those are my key takeaways. What are yours? Join us on Facebook or Twitter, share your thoughts and ideas. Thanks for listening and get out there and discover the best version of you!
